For over 20 years, Michele Wiwchar has been honing her professional skills, working in the public and private sectors and with independent consultants.
With a BA in Tourism Management, Michele was recruited as a Trade Commissioner with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Her time there, including a three-year diplomatic posting in India laid the foundation for her high standards of service and ability to adapt and innovate. Foreign Affairs refined her innate skills in communication, event planning and organization.
Michele further developed her writing and editorial skills as managing editor of a small newspaper in Alberta’s Bow Valley. After then refocusing on event planning and project management, she obtained a post-graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology, allowing her to add internet marketing and website development to client offerings.
Prior to launching It’s Virtually Done, Michele worked with a professional service consulting firm. She was responsible for implementing office operating systems and setting the standards for project delivery and was key in contributing to a small start-up company becoming a leading niche consulting practice.
Michele is part of a large network of skilled professionals, able to draw upon others to contribute to a comprehensive range of business solutions.
